The best thing about church planting (or being a part of a church plant), and the one thing I would say to encourage someone to be a part of a church planting team:
See what Glory and Grace can do in a people over time.
What He’s done in 4 ½ years is amazing; can you imagine what we will look like in 10 years? 20? Can you fathom what He can do in 35 more? Be a part of a church planting team, wait it out, fight through the waves of growing pains and disorganization and immaturity of Her and Her leaders, and swim in ocean deep grace. It’s worth it. He’s worth it.
